ECDLA Annual General Meeting

The Edmonton City Dart League Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at 7:30pm at the Jasper Place Legion (10427 174 St). Each team is required to have a minimum of 1 representative in attendance but all members are encouraged to come out as elections for executive positions and discussion and voting for any motions brought forward prior to the deadline will take place.

Any motions that you wish to be discussed and voted on for potential implementation for next seasona are required to be received by a current executive member no later than February 20, 2024. Email addresses for all current executive members can be found under the ECDLA tab under the League Contacts heading at the bottom of the website home page.

The positions up for election this year are 1st Vice President, Treasurer, and Drawmaster. The current by-laws can be found under the Governing Documents page under the ECDLA tab on the main web page which provide a description of the duties for each position. If you believe you would be a good fit for any of the positions listed above or know someone you think would be, please complete the ECDLA Executive Officers Nomination Form (attached below) and send it to any one of the current executive members no later than February 20, 2024. Email addresses for all current executive members can be found under the ECDLA tab under the League Contacts heading at the bottom of the website home page.
